THURSDAY NEW BEER RELEASE: Pumpkant – 6.5% ABV pumpkin beer with graham crackers. – Don’t worry friends, our yearly release Basic Kim is in the stables, but up first is a different spin on our yearly pumpkin beer release. – We took several pounds of pure pumpkin and added it to the mash of this brew with a healthy dose of graham cracker pie shells mixed in as well. What we didn’t do for this variant is add any spices. That’s right, this pumpkin beer is an anti-spice version of our yearly release. – – The result is a harmonious blend of different malts, with a graham cracker background, and beautifully tied together with the overtones of the pumpkin. – – This beer is small batch and won’t last long.
