FRIDAY RELEASE: JOI DIVISION – Double dry hopped Hazy IPA with Citra, Mosaic, and Ella – 6.7% ABV – – For this release we added an irresponsible amount of flaked oats, flaked wheat, and white wheat to the mash. Then we amped up the whirlpool addition of hops to the max. It was dry hopped a few days into fermentation with Citra and Mosiac. Finally it was finished off with a second dry hopping of an insane amount of Ella. – – This IPA is a small batch and won’t last long. It will be on tap today at 2:00 when we open.
