We are really excited to be working with Jesse on this project. We hand selected beers to pair with each course and chose specific beers for him to cook with in each dish as well. Weโve got you covered with our newest sweet stout family member. Midnight Cacao Boi is our rich and sweet pastry stout base, aged on a generous amount of raw coconut and pure roasted Ghana cacao (pronounced kuh-kow) nibs. We let this age for a few weeks to let the flavors really marry together. It was finally time to release this beer after several tastings.
