Thursday beer release: ๐ป๐น๐๐ป JEB EXOTIC ๐บ๐ค๐ซ๐๐ – 4.5% ABV sour. – – For this sour we definitely pushed the boundariesโฆeven for us. We took some classic botanicals and mixed them with two types of fruit purรฉe which add up to an explosion of flavor. Angelica root, juniper berries, and bitter orange peel were aged on this sour then we blended Cara Cara orange purรฉe with peach for the final product. The result is one of the more interesting sours weโve made in awhile. Donโt miss out on this one.
