Thursday Beer Release: Nature Boi – Kolsch – 4.7% abv – We did a test batch of this kolsch awhile back. People enjoyed it so much we decided to bring it back…this time with a different name. We took our classic Kolsch recipe and added just a smidge of honey malt just for fun in this beer. It’s adds complexity, depth, and a touch of sweet to this great beer style.
